Covered walkway Updates
- A modification to the original project had to be made to satisfy the final permit review. Because of being on two separate parcels, the final permit requires a 10 ft off-set from the property line on both sides. To close the gap, we are permitted to install fencing on both sides. We plan to provide temporary covering over the walkway in the fenced area for inclement weather. When we eventually merge the two parcels, we can then connect the two overhead covers.
- Although we anticipate construction continuing through December, we expect to be using the new concrete walkway as early as Sunday, November 30.
